Edward Sit

Over 20 years of experience in the financial markets with reputable institutions such as BNP Paribas, ABN Amro Bank NV, Standard Chartered, among others. Edward then joined the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Ltd where he launched the Gold Futures and the Iron Ore Futures, and was also heavily involved in various projects such as Listing Regime Consultation for Ch18A (Biotech), WVR, and Secondary Listing, the H-shares Full Circulation. Since then, Edward has been participated in numerous US capital markets transactions of various industries via IPO, De-SPAC, up-listing, and reverse merger.

Ivy Zhang

Ivy has immense experience with renowned investment banks such as Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Barclays. She was instrumental in bring numerous Chinese Enterprise to US and HK IPO. Recognized and acknowledged, she was appointed as CFO for various companies pre-IPO to help bring them to become public with industries across TMT, Healthcare, and technology.

Pauline Hao

Pauline has been in the securities and capital market for over 15 years, focusing on the HK and the US public markets. She was instrumental in a number of high profile IPO in both HK and US when she was Guotai Junan Securities and Agricultural Bank International. Since then, she was appointed as members of the management committee for two listed company in Hong Kong.

Scarlett Lau

Scarlett brings a background in private equity and Big Four advisory, focusing on cross-border transaction, venture investment, and strategic expansion. She was involved in China’s first foreign fintech, strategic acquisition of insurers, as well as GBA data center infrastructure expansion. She works closely with family offices and investors, facilitating co-investments and long-term capital partnerships.

Ted Yamada

Ted Yamada has over 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. He was a co-founder of one of the largest venture capital firms HTC (Hikari Tsushin Capital) manage various VC and Private Equity funds.
He was then a senior vice president at Capital Partners Securities a senior advisor to EFG Bank (the second-largest private bank). He Possesses extensive experience and knowledge in investment banking in various corporate financing deals, including M&A, IPO consultations as well as private placements. He also serves as a senior advisory and senior global partner roles to SDIC group:
State Development and Investment Corp (China’s largest Private Equity investment institution).

Over 20 years of experience with reputable financial institutions such as Citi, HSBC, JPMorgan, SocGen, SCB, among others. Johnny is an industry veteran in both the private and public markets. He has been involved in various high profile fund raising and M&A transactions in Asia. He is also currently active in the North American investment and fund management coverage.
