Edward Sit
Over 20 years of experience in the financial markets with reputable institutions such as BNP Paribas, ABN Amro Bank NV, Standard Chartered, among others. Edward then joined the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Ltd where he launched the Gold Futures and the Iron Ore Futures, and was also heavily involved in various projects such as Listing Regime Consultation for Ch18A (Biotech), WVR, and Secondary Listing, the H-shares Full Circulation. Since then, Edward has been participated in numerous US capital markets transactions of various industries via IPO, De-SPAC, up-listing, and reverse merger.
Edward earned his BA and MA from the Simon Fraser University in Canada.

Milton Leung
Milton is a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in finance and communications. His career began at Merrill Lynch, a prominent US investment bank, where he gained valuable experience in investment banking. He then moved into executive search, specializing in research and talent acquisition within high finance, which helped him develop expertise in identifying top professionals. Leveraging his extensive network and fundraising skills, Milton founded Libra Advertising Group Worldwide, where he serves as Senior Partner and Head of Public Relations and Marketing Communications, offering comprehensive marketing and PR solutions.
Milton earned his BA from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.

Recognized and acknowledged, she was appointed as CFO for various companies pre-IPO to help bring them to become public with industries across TMT, Healthcare, and technology.

Scarlett brings a background in private equity and Big Four advisory, focusing on cross-border transaction, venture investment, and strategic expansion. She was involved in China’s first foreign fintech, strategic acquisition of insurers, as well as GBA data center infrastructure expansion. She works closely with family offices and investors, facilitating co-investments and long-term capital partnerships.

Taiki Goto brings in over 30 years of leadership in transportation, manufacturing, and consulting. He is the President & CEO of Taisei Consulting Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as Deputy General Manager at NTN Corporation (2011–2022) and held senior roles at Nippon Express, including Head of Overseas Business. With an MBA from Tsinghua University and a Bachelors in Law from Asia University, Taiki drives global business growth and strategic innovation from Kanagawa, Japan.

His expertise spans IPO advisory, underwriting support, structured financing, and cross-border payment and liquidity solutions, working closely with financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate clients. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
